Kascade recognised as a Great Place to Work® – for the third year running!
We’re excited to share the news that Kascade has, once again, been accredited as a Great Place to Work®. That’s three years in a row, and we couldn’t be prouder of what this says about our culture and our people.
This recognition isn’t just a badge for the website; it’s based on feedback from the people who matter most – our team. Their voices, experiences, and trust in Kascade are at the heart of this accreditation.
Building something special
At Kascade, we know that a business is only as strong as the people within it. Over the past few years, we’ve created an environment where people feel supported, encouraged, and inspired to do their best work.
As part of the GPTW feedback we’ve heard:
- Fairness – 100% of our team told us that people are treated fairly at Kascade.
- Wellbeing is at our core – Almost 100% of our team told us that they feel safe at Kascade, not just physically but also psychologically. 88% of our team said that Kascaders are encouraged to balance their work and personal life.
- Belonging – 94% of our team told us that they were made to feel welcome when they joined Kascade and 90% of our team recognised that people genuinely care about one another.

The Great Place to Work survey is an excellent opportunity to hear from our team and we’re delighted to have seen a consistently high score over the last 3-years. We don’t just trust our gut when it comes to our people’s experience; our monthly eNPS averages an ‘excellent’ result and our average tenure is more than 6 years.
