Phishing attacks are one of the most common ways cyber criminals gain access to organisations, and they’re becoming increasingly convincing. From fake invoices to realistic Microsoft login prompts, many modern attacks now look almost identical to genuine messages.

In this interactive session, we put cyber instincts to the test through a live phishing challenge designed around real-world examples and scenarios.

Rather than a traditional webinar, participants were shown a series of emails and messages and challenged to decide one simple thing: was it legitimate or a phishing attempt?

Throughout the session, we explored the subtle warning signs attackers rely on to trick users, while demonstrating how security awareness platforms such as KnowBe4 can help organisations build stronger security habits and reduce the risk of successful attacks.

In this session, we covered:

• Real examples of modern phishing emails and attacks
• Common tactics cyber criminals use to deceive users
• How to spot suspicious messages before it’s too late
• The role of security awareness training in strengthening your human firewall
• How organisations can improve security culture and reduce risk
