We’re on the move!
We’re thrilled to share some big news: we’re moving offices! As the last step in our rebranding journey, we’re moving to a new location, and we think you’ll agree it embodies Kascade’s spirit of innovation.
Why move?
Your workspace is so much more than just a place where you work; it’s a reflection of your culture, influencing how team members collaborate, learn, and support clients. We wanted a workspace that not only sparks innovation and collaboration but also matches and enhances the vibrant and well-connected team we have.
Embracing the hybrid working model using cutting-edge technology means our office visits are now all about purpose—making every trip to the office count. As a result, we realised we just don’t need as much physical space. But there’s more to it than just reducing square footage.
This transition also aligns with our belief that we should all be mindful of our impact on the environment. We manage this by only taking and using what we really need (and giving back where we can). Our new location has social impact, sustainability and green credentials at the heart of its operations so we can be sure that Kascade’s impact is only ever a positive one.
A space that fits us perfectly
Naturally, our new office is more than just a space—it’s a hub where flexibility and innovation are at the forefront. We’ve created a variety of areas: spaces for meeting to exchange ideas, zones for focused work, comfy spots for relaxation, and areas dedicated to learning and growth.
We’ve designed our office to be incredibly versatile, encouraging spontaneous collaboration and creativity. Every element and space is crafted to inspire and empower our team, making it a place where everyone can truly feel proud to be a part of.
