A Smarter Support Experience: We’re Moving to HaloPSA

At Kascade, we’re always looking for ways to improve the experience we provide to our clients and ensure our teams can continue delivering the highest level of service and support.

As part of this commitment, we’re excited to share that from 1st June, we will be moving our service desk platform from ConnectWise to HaloPSA.

This is an important step forward for us and one that will help create a more modern, efficient and intelligent support experience for both our clients and our internal teams.

Why are we making the move?

The main reason is simple: to improve the overall support experience for our clients.

HaloPSA provides a more modern platform with enhanced automation and AI-driven capabilities built directly into the service desk experience. These new capabilities will help our team spend less time manually triaging and categorising tickets, and more time focused on what really matters, resolving issues and supporting our clients.

The platform also gives us stronger foundations for future improvements around service visibility, workflows, communication and reporting.

What does this mean for clients?

The good news is that there will be no disruption to support services during this transition.

Your usual support channels will remain available and our team will continue supporting you exactly as normal throughout the migration period.

There may be a few small changes over time, such as updates to portal links or improvements to the client experience, but any changes that impact you will be clearly communicated in advance with straightforward guidance from our team.

Looking ahead

We see this as a really positive move, not just for Kascade, but for our clients too.

By modernising the systems behind our service delivery, we can continue improving responsiveness, efficiency and the overall support experience as we grow and evolve.

We’re looking forward to this next chapter and will share further updates with you as we approach the go-live date on 1st June.
