This category reflects how we work with our clients day to day. Our entry focused on a conscious shift in how we operate.
Over the past few years, we’ve chosen evolution over comfort, moving away from a traditional, transactional model and towards building long-term, strategic relationships.
At the same time, we’ve continued to invest in our capability, strengthening our team, deepening our expertise across Microsoft technologies, and ensuring we can support clients across the full spectrum of their technology journey.
This category isn’t just about what we deliver. It’s about how we work.
Being shortlisted for Reseller/MSP of the Year reflects that shift, from service provider to true strategic partner and the way we now work alongside the organisations we support.

We can’t be nominated for Reseller/MSP of the Year without recognising it’s our team that make it possible.

AI is everywhere right now, but for us it hasn’t been about chasing hype, it’s been about improving the experience we deliver for our clients.
