Every year, we hand the mic to the people who know Kascade best and ask them to be honest about what it’s like to work here.
This year, for the fourth year in a row, their feedback has earned us Great Place To Work® recertification. And to make it even better, we’ve achieved our highest score yet!
Why this one matters
This Certification comes from an anonymous survey of our own team, which means the only people who can earn it are the ones who turn up every day, look after our clients and look out for each other.
So when our team tells us Kascade is a place where they feel trusted, supported, listened to and able to be themselves, it means a huge amount.
It’s our culture described by the people who experience it every day, and that’s what makes this recognition so special.
Getting better at getting better
A fourth year of Certification is something we’re incredibly proud of. Achieving our highest score yet makes it even better, because it shows we’re continuing to move in the right direction. Each year, we take the time to review the feedback from our team, understand what’s working well and identify where we can continue to improve.
Over the past year, that’s meant introducing new ways for Kascaders to recognise and celebrate each other, providing more opportunities for development and making sure people feel supported, whether they’re joining Kascade or stepping into a new role.
Seeing our score climb suggests people have noticed, which is brilliant. But we know there’s always more we can do, and that’s exactly how we want it to be.

Quite the year
Certification isn’t the only good news. In 2026 we’ve also be recognised as one of the top 100 UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™, and we’ve picked up a handful of award shortlisting’s along the way. Each one recognises something a little different, and every one of them is testament to the Kascade team.
As we grow, our job is to make sure Kascade stays the kind of place people want to join, want to stay and want to grow with. Four years into our accreditation journey, with our best score yet, we like where this is heading.
