We’ve got some brilliant news to share. Kascade has been named a Finalist in the British HR Awards 2026, recognised in the Technology Partner of the Year category.
The awards celebrate organisations that are genuinely committed to creating outstanding experiences for their people. And this year the competition was bigger than ever, with 474 entries submitted from organisations across the UK. From start-ups and scale-ups to global brands and not-for-profits, it’s a seriously competitive field, which makes being shortlisted even more special.
For us, this recognition means a lot. We’ve always believed that great businesses are built by great people, and creating an environment where our team can grow, collaborate and do their best work has always been at the heart of what we do.

Technology Partner of the Year
Kascade has been shortlisted for Technology Partner of the Year.
For us, this recognition means a great deal. At Kascade, we believe that when people feel supported, empowered and trusted, incredible things happen. Our people are the driving force behind everything we do, and creating an environment where they can thrive has always been a priority.

Coach of the year
The celebrations don’t stop there.
We’re also delighted to share that Jennifer Bennett, our Chief People Officer, has been shortlisted for Coach of the Year.
Jennifer has played a huge role in shaping the culture at Kascade. Her passion for developing people, encouraging growth and supporting colleagues to reach their potential has had a lasting impact across the organisation.
Seeing her recognised on a national stage is incredibly well deserved.
“If you’ve ever worked with Jen, you already know — she is the real deal. Coaching isn’t something she treats as a box to tick; it’s her passion, her purpose, and it shows in every person she’s helped grow. The impact she’s had on individuals and across Kascade has been nothing short of incredible, making her nomination as a Coach of the Year finalist a thoroughly deserved acknowledgement. We couldn’t be prouder — fingers and toes crossed, Jen! “ – John Armstrong, Kascade CEO
