Kascade shortlisted for three CRN Sales & Marketing Awards 2026

Drumroll please… we’ve got some really exciting news to share. We’ve made the shortlist, not in just one, not in just two, but in three categories at the CRN Sales & Marketing Awards 2026:

To be recognised across people, events and marketing in the same year is a big moment for us. It reflects the way we think about our business as a whole, not as separate functions, but as one connected experience for our team and our clients.

A culture that drives everything we do

Being shortlisted for Best Company to Work For is especially meaningful. At Kascade, culture isn’t something we talk about occasionally, it’s how we operate every day. From creating an environment where people feel safe to challenge and grow, to giving teams the trust and flexibility to do their best work, everything is built around enabling people to thrive.

We’ve worked hard to scale without losing that feeling. Regular company-wide communication, shared goals, and a genuine focus on development mean everyone understands where we’re heading and how they contribute. And the results speak for themselves. High engagement, strong retention, and a team that genuinely cares about the impact they have.

Define Tomorrow: setting the benchmark for customer events

Our Define Tomorrow event being shortlisted for Best Customer Event is another huge highlight. Define Tomorrow has grown into something special. It’s not just an event, it’s a space where IT leaders come together to make sense of what’s changing and what it actually means for them.

In 2025, we welcomed over 200 IT leaders to Ashton Gate, bringing global technology insight into a format that’s practical, relevant and immediately useful. What makes it different is the experience. From live cyber attack simulations to thought-provoking keynote speakers, everything is designed to engage, challenge and leave people with something they can act on.

The impact goes beyond the day itself too, generating significant pipeline and long-term opportunities while maintaining exceptional attendee feedback and satisfaction.

Secure by Design: turning marketing into meaningful conversations

Being shortlisted for Best Marketing Campaign for our Secure by Design campaign reflects a shift in how we approach marketing. Rather than leading with products, we led with insight.

The campaign focused on helping organisations step back and ask bigger questions about their security posture, not just fixing gaps, but building something resilient for the future. Through thought leadership, workshops and our security score assessment, we moved conversations from reactive to strategic. That meant better engagement, stronger relationships and ultimately, better outcomes for clients.

One team, one goal

Across all three categories, there’s a common thread. This isn’t about isolated successes. It’s about alignment.

Our culture enables our people.
Our people create exceptional experiences.
And those experiences build stronger, more strategic relationships with our clients.

Being shortlisted in all three areas is something we’re incredibly proud of, and to be recognised in such a competitive industry makes it even more meaningful. The winners will be announced in May, and whether we take home a trophy or not, we’re just so proud to be recognised for the work we’re doing and the culture we’re building.

Join us on the journey
