Customer Service Executive

This role involves delivering excellent customer care throughout Kascade contracts, managing agreements in our CRM system, addressing inquiries and complaints, and driving improvements based on customer feedback. It also includes maintaining ISO compliance, fostering continuous improvement, and supporting team operations while upholding Kascade’s values.

Business Development Executive

As a Lead Qualification Specialist you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understand their needs and qualify leads for our Managed IT Services, ensuring high quality opportunities are passed to our Account Managers and Account Executives. Your efforts will directly contribute to the booking of meaningful appointments driving revenue growth and building long lasting client relationships.
